I am a Full Spectrum Doula who provides quality perinatal care. As a doula and childbirth educator, I support you by providing evidence based information, pain management techniques, motivational coaching, and more. My passion is making doula support more accessible to individuals who may have considered doulas to be a luxury. I am a proponent for reproductive justice for every birthing individual.
