Project LINK is an interagency project aimed at helping pregnant or parenting women with risk factors for substance abuse or personal histories of chemical dependency. LINK provides a coordinated system of interagency screening, referral, service delivery, and follow-up for individuals served and their children.nnServices are free to women residing in the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford.
