Our practice offers a model of care that is evidence-based, personalized and takes a holistic approach to mother-baby wellness. We attend births at our freestanding birth center, conveniently located in the City of Fredericksburg, as well as homebirths in the Fredericksburg area.
The Midwives’ Model of Care includes supporting the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle through individualized education, counseling, prenatal care, continuous hands-on assistance during labor and delivery, and postpartum support.
