FAQ

• Login if you have an existing account, or Register to create a new account.
• Visit the Add Listing page, where you will find our various plans and listing options.
• Choose the plan that suits you, by hitting the “choose plan” button under your plan of choice.

FOR OUR FREE PLAN

• Fill in your information.
• Hit the “submit” button at the bottom of the form.
• You will be taken directly to your new listing page.
• Congratulations, your business is now listed in our directory!

FOR PAID PLANS

• Fill in your information.
• Hit the “Add To Cart” button at the bottom of the form.
• Follow the prompts to check out.
• Fill out the Billing Details section and then press Place Order.
• Once the payment has been processed, your listing will appear in our directory.

• Your listings can be found by visiting your Dashboard .
• Click on “Directory” in the menu on the left side of the page.
• Click on “Listings” and all of your listings will be displayed on the right.
• Click the gear icon of the specific listing you want to edit.  A drop down menu will appear.
• Select “edit.”
• Make your desired changes and click, “Save Changes” at the bottom of the form.

• In order to upgrade your listing, you must already be on a paid plan (basic, or +plan).  Plans can be found here.
• Once you’ve purchased your plan and created your lisiting, it can be managed on your Dashboard .
• Click on “Directory” in the menu on the left side of the page.
• Click on “Listings” and all of your listings will be displayed on the right.
• Click the gear icon of the specific listing you want to upgrade.  A drop down menu will appear.
• Make your selection and follow checkout prompts to complete your upgrade/downgrade.

Featured listings are the best way to put your business in front of the clients/customers who need your services. 

They appear:

– above non-featured listings on directory category pages. 

– in the revolving carousel at the top of our Directory page.

To have your business featured:

1. Purchase a base plan (basic, or +plan, free plans cannot be featured)

2. Visit your user Dashboard and select “Listings” from the menu on the left.  Your listings will be displayed in a list on the right side of the page.

– Click the gear icon of the listing you’d like to feature.

– A drop down menu will appear, select “add on.”

– Select the add on you would prefer and follow promts to complete checkout.

– your listing will now appear above regular listings in your category and in the featured lisitings carousel on the Directory Page.
